Reviews
Caring vet, nice people. They are very helpful, I like it
English speaking vet, good quick service, no wait in the practice. Professional and pleasant to deal with.
We had our 11.5-year-old Tibetan Terrier's teeth cleaned. Dr. Koch, like some other veterinary clinics, offers inhalation anesthesia. This was very convenient for us, as we had been researching anesthesia for older dogs for quite some time. Originally, we wanted to have the procedure done at a veterinary clinic. However, we changed our minds at the last minute because the clinic environment seemed too hectic for our dog. This was one of our best decisions. The procedure was performed in the clinic in a calm atmosphere. Both Dr. Koch's assistant and Dr. Koch himself were very empathetic, and we felt that our dog was in very good hands. Ultimately, our dog had to have seven teeth extracted, which sounds like a lot, but he still has 25 teeth. His teeth were cleaned, and he was feeling well again after just 1.5 hours. We had absolutely no problems; he was doing very well when we got home. He's like a different dog and feels great. We should have gone to Dr. Koch much sooner. Unfortunately, we dragged out the decision about dental work for a year unnecessarily. At this point, we would like to sincerely thank Dr. Koch and his team for the excellent treatment of our dog. If there were six stars, we would give them six. We highly recommend this practice.
Highly recommended! I've already taken my little Chihuahua, Bella, to Mr. Koch, and now my other Chihuahua, PG, is a patient here. There were some issues with her vaccination last time; my little darling didn't handle it well. After her vaccination yesterday, they even called me today to check on her. Thumbs up, everyone! I've been a patient for over 10 years and am very happy with the whole team!
Our Rocco was at the practice for the first time and was completely relaxed from beginning to end. Dr. Koch and his team made a competent and very friendly impression.
