Reviews
We have been bringing our two cats to Nannen Tierärztezentrum and I have only praise to give. We have been consistently surprised by the quality of treatment. Unfortunately due to one of our cats sickness we have been coming very often and every single colleague we have met here has been super friendly and willing to help our cats live a better life. You can 100% feel how much they love their job and care for the wellbeing of our beloved friends. With prior appointment waiting times are also short. Honestly can’t think, what more we could ask for. Thank you for all your help and support. 🙏
We went to Dr. Hübner for years, but unfortunately, he's retiring. Since we also knew Ms. Nannen, we simply had the best feeling about taking our furry friends to her practice. The veterinarian, veterinary assistants, and trainees are all incredibly warm, empathetic, and loving towards the animals. Their calm and professional manner creates a sense of security for both animals and their owners. Tim, in particular, has experienced this for years. And yes, the prices are a bit higher, but it's justified because the facilities and expertise are state-of-the-art and comprehensive. Questions are always answered politely; no one seems annoyed because the owner is worried. We're so glad our dog and cats receive such competent care here. They always try to find an appointment as soon as possible, depending on availability. They also operate with honesty and transparency, which is incredibly important. Thank you to the team; you do a fantastic job every day! 🥰
I was a patient at this veterinary practice with my cat for over a year. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Mr. Krause. It concerned the medication Phenobarbital 12.5 mg, which my cat, who suffers from epilepsy, urgently needs. Although there were apparently supply shortages, I wasn't informed in time. Notification two to four weeks in advance would have been crucial so I could find an alternative. Furthermore, the appointment to check my cat's blood work was apparently forgotten. Instead of finding a solution, I was left without medication and even told on the phone to find another vet. Mr. Krause also treated me rudely and insulted me. I find it particularly disappointing that a cat with epilepsy shouldn't simply be left without its vital medication. This can have serious consequences. It's a shame that the other veterinarians at the practice were always helpful and friendly. Find another veterinary practice with such unfriendly people.
As soon as you open the door, you're greeted by a strange smell unlike anything I've ever experienced at any other veterinary practice. My dog was clearly uncomfortable, and for the three unnecessary follow-up appointments, he had to be carried into the office. The staff seemed friendly, but the prices and the smell were so unpleasant that I can only warn others.
My mother brought my cat to this veterinary practice today, and they truly took every necessary step to save him. I had the impression that the entire staff was giving 100%. He was treated with great care, kept warm, and given oxygen. Unfortunately, we then had to transfer him to the animal hospital, where he didn't make it. Nevertheless, it's comforting to know that my pet, and in a way, my best friend, was treated with such love and compassion in his final hours. Thank you so much for your empathy, the comforting words you gave my mother, and your efforts to save my baby.
