One of the few places that wanted to take a look at my Betta fish.
This team of vets and nurses are amazing. They're gentle with my pet and competent even though my cat freaks out Everytime he's there. So far they've been super helpful, friendly and patient despite him going nuclear on them. I'm happy my cat is always in good hands with them and I respect and appreciate their professionalism as Drs nurses and a team.
The only vet in Berlin I’ve found that treats frogs. Unfortunately often quite long wait times since people bring cats & dogs too—it’s not just a small/exotic vet like some said.
I visited the clinic in need of urgent care for my dog and was extremely satisfied. The entire team was not only highly professional but also incredibly attentive and caring, which helped put both me and my dog at ease. Everyone was so friendly and made a real effort to communicate in English. I am forever grateful!
