We were patients there for a long time, until the cats moved, with our two four-legged friends. We received help in every way. Whether it was with X-rays, intestinal problems, nutritional advice, or dental issues. I highly recommend the practice and the friendly and competent team. The callback option via email also works wonderfully. The phone isn't always available, and you should be understanding that the team can't answer every call. However, they always returned calls whenever possible. We thank you for years of advice and expertise ❤️

A wonderful team from veterinarian Dr. Anna Ewert and Nadja Wegner. They helped our Heidi until the very last moment of her life. She survived for over 17 years and passed away peacefully. Thank you so much!

No idea how do they got 5 stars - I brought my kitty to check, since he had blood in cot - they took from me around 130 euro for visit+ 90 euro for cot analysis, never called me back, after I called myself, they sent me paper that analysis didn't show anything, from my gut I can tell this paper is false, I'm a student so for me its quite a money, I waited in a waiting room for an hour with the kitten only 3 months old, with the booked termin, horrible. They recommended me to use sensitive food - all food for kittens is sensitive, like.. what?! Recently after more then 6 months I called again trying to book a castration and vaccination appointment , since they told me they cannot castrate a kitty without vaccination, then they couldn't tell me the price per phone and called me back only shortly before their closing. I went to another praxis, which is confirmed that its also a lie. Super weird attitude, I lost all trust in this place.

It's great to have a vet nearby. The vet takes her time and explains everything very thoroughly. Thanks also to the vet tech who is always there to help and advise.

An outstanding team with a great deal of empathy; they helped us immensely in saying goodbye to our Maya. Many thanks to the team. Maya has found a wonderful home.
