My dog felt sick at the park and I came here since it was the closest vet. They were amazing and very empathetic, they helped my dog right away even tho I didn’t have an appointment and I wasn’t a client. Now my dog is fine, thank you so much!

The best vet I've been to so far. Every doc that looked at my dog was really caring and professional. One time I had to pick my dog up in the waking up room and she was with three nurses there that took care of her. Really I'm so happy with them and I'd recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat

I called this clinic for a second opinion on my cat diagnosis (not client): the staff at the phone was available to listen and give proper advice, not pushing for an appointment, super positive approach! I decided to brought there my cat: the clinic is easy to reach, has a small parking (very convenient), waiting room is clean and with 2 distinct areas for dogs and for cats, dogs on the leash (for experience in other clinic, not granted!). They visit was on time according with the appointment (no eternal waiting time like in other clinics), doctor was professional and competent, the assistant gained immediately the trust of my very defensive cat and made all the visit way easier than it usual is for him. So far, I can definitely recommend!

Our 2 year old cat died same day after we visited this clinic. Please find another clinic if you care about your pet.

The best vet in Berlin. I truly appreciate that they work 7 days a week so in case of emergency you don’t need to search someone else
