I've had an amazing experience at this vet. All the staff here are beyond friendly and you can see that they truly love and care for the animals that come in. They have no problem explaining everything in both German & English. They've always been very flexible and I've been able to get appointments very easily here. They've resolved any issues with my dog in a quick and professional manner. It's clear that they have a lot of kind and experienced staff on the team which I am very grateful for. My little one and I had a great experience. The practice genuinely cared about her well-being. They diagnosed her right and were keen to follow up over email. Everyone I interacted with was super nice. We will keep coming back.

I have a very good experience and definitely can recommend this place :) My rabbit was sick, so I called and was admitted the same day as an emergency. After the treatment, he recovered quickly and I received an additional advice on how to avoid similar diseases in the future. The service is really nice, helpful and understanding also for the people who speak German only a little bit (like me). You can park along the street for free here.

by far the best vets i’ve ever had, super thoughtful and caring aswell as incredibly professional and knowledgeable. And if they aren’t sure they’re doing research to handle the case in the best way possible. I wish I could take them with me if I move.
