My dog suffered a deep cut in one of his paws to the point that he couldnt even support himself, to avoid infections and other problems we decided to take him here to be treated. The first appointment my dog was very nervous (most likely due to the pain because he usually does not misbehave with vets) and they were not even able to check the wound, how in the world a vet cant control an animal? Or even propose to make him wear a muzzle? He only got an injection for the pain and we were asked to return the next day. We were charged 57 euros for this! The next day, we took him again and this time he was calmer, managed to check the wound and remove whatever was there, he was prescribed two different pills for the pain and infection and the total cost of the visit was 118 euros! Im completely speechless with the prices and the lack of professionalism shown specially in the first visit. We ended up paying ~180 euros for a simple wound in one paw due to a summer seed... Insane.
Amazing team of vets! Super patient with special needs dogs and no waiting time if you made an appointment. Happy I have found this place!
We got an appointment quickly, it was the first time our dog was there and she is very scared and reactive with strangers. I've never seen her so calm in any vet before, even during the diagnosis. They really knew how to handle such a difficult dog, I was impressed. I also liked that they took their time with the diagnosis and explanation. The people there are great, the place is quite and pleasant. Prices are similar to the normal vet prices, maybe even on the lower side.
This is the veterinary practice of our hearts. They've been our vets since 2012, with different pets (first a cat and years later our dog), through thick and thin. Originally Frau Gass and Christine, now Romina and her very competent team. English is also spoken by everyone, a big plus! Thank you, Pet Station ❤️
