We called upon Dr. Klunder's services to help us give our cat Lotto, who was suffering from mouth cancer, a dignified farewell. The decision to go ahead with it was very difficult, of course, but after having a meaningful and earnest talk with Dr. Klunder, we were reassured that this was the most loving and kind thing we could do for Lotto. Dr. Klunder handled every step of this very heavy process with empathy, patience and compassion. As a result, Lotto was able to exit this world in the most peaceful and comfortable manner possible: at home, surrounded by loved ones and with no pain or anxiety. Dr Klunder came out with 24 hours notice to put our cat to sleep. We had not used him before but contacted him via Whatsapp on the basis of good reviews. We had a lot of concerns as we didn't want our cat stressed out in his last few hours and he gave us comprehensive answers. He came when he said he would and was very kind. His care of the cat was very gentle and thoughtful and he explained everything. We did not feel hurried at any point. Saying goodbye to a loved pet is always devastating but he made the process as good as it could be. The cost was also extremely reasonable for the high level of care and service provided. I could not recommend his care more strongly.

Will recommend Dr Klunder to everyone. I contacted him on WhatsApp in an emergency about my older cat, he moved his schedule around so he could come directly. He was kind, respectful and patient giving us all the information and giving us time to make a decision. When we decided to have our cat euthanized, which we were very upset about, he did it with us in the best, most reassuring way I can imagine. My cat was made comfortable in his own home and drifted away peacefully, Dr Klunder even lit a candle as we sat there with him. You really get the feeling that Dr Klunder loves the cats that he treats and wants the best for them. If I ever have to do something similar again, I will 100% call Dr Klunder.

Dr Klunder came when I had to take the heavy decision to put down my dog who was very sick. He was wonderful of humanity and kindness. He explained to me everything and my dog was able to fall asleep at my place peacefully. Thank you very much for accompanying me during this hard moment.
