I couldn't be happier with the quality of service and I'm a loyal costumer here since almost the beginning of this clinic. I've been here with 3 of my 4 ex-street cats, all of which were rescued from very complicated and abusive situations and therefore have some chronic health problems. Lina, the senior Siamese cat lady came in to get all her teeth pulled out. It was a very invasive surgery for an old cat who lived for 11 years on the street, but.... When I picked her up, she was quite happy and cheerful. She was so well treated don't think she noticed she lost all her teeth 😊 Tuli, has a chronic respiratory condition and is extremely fearful of humans. It took her 6 months to trust me, but 2 minutes to trust Ms Wahle, who was already petting her and doing a full medical observation with no problem. I have to say I was very impressed. My little Chiquitin needs to have an extensive and quite expensive treatment for his infected gums, but the whole procedure was explained openly with transparency and all prices explained before hand. I feel my 4 cats are in extremely good hands, with sensitive, empathetic and very professional doctors who are always kind enough to speak in perfect English with me (language is not a barrier here!). The front desk team is also outstanding and always friendly. I have visited several clinics in Berlin before, and this one is by far the best of the best. The ability to book an appointment online and the extensive working hours are also a huge plus!

I feel so lucky to have spotted this clinic during a bus ride - Dr. Chung is hands down the best vet I’ve ever met! My cats are noticeably happier after their FORL teeth removal surgeries, and I know I can fully trust Dr. Chung and her team for any future health concerns. I couldn’t agree more with the review that said cats get better treatment at this clinic than we have in our entire lives! 😁 Dr. Chung is incredibly patient and empathetic with both animals and humans, transparent about every detail in her quotes, and even advised against an unnecessary test. Even the clinic’s interior is thoughtfully designed. Not only are there separate rooms for cats and dogs, but they even have adorable “parking lots” for cat carriers, each with a Feliway-sprayed towel underneath in case you forget one! A million thanks to Dr. Chung and her amazing team! 🫶🏼

I can’t stress enough what an amazing veterinarian Dr. Chung is. She is such a compassionate and empathetic person. She cared for my sick cat for years, and we recently had to put her to sleep. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience with any other vet, I truly believe my cat passed peacefully. She always treated Xiao Mo with incredible gentleness and took the time to explain everything with kindness and patience. During one of the hardest moments of my life, she made me feel supported and never rushed us. I am incredibly thankful to Dr. Chung for the love, care, and support she showed to my beloved Xiao Mo.

Both doctors and staffs are extremely patient, helpful, and supportive. Dr. Chung did an excellent job treating my cat’s dental issues. My cat had been suffering from serious dental problems for a long time, and the treatment was handled with great care and professionalism. Highly recommended!

I love this praxis. They were recommended to me even though I live on the other side of the city. And it's completely worth it. Everybody is just so nice, and speaks English, which is great for me. They take such good care of the pets and you can truly see that they're passionate about their job. I love that they have a special room for cats and one for dogs, it makes the visit less stressful for my cat. I never feel that they're in a rush when I have an appointment, quite the opposite. They really take the time to go over all the tests they did, the results, the treatments, everything is really detailed. My cat had to get a surgery and we "shopped around" as we couldn't afford the vet who recommended the surgery. We ended up paying 800€ less here, even though we ended up doing more than what was planned at the other vet. So yeah, if you're looking for affordable and good care by kind people who truly love animals, this is the place!
