For a clinic specialist in cats, they don’t have much experience or tact to deal with them. My cat hates going to the vet and is usually aggressive. When we took him here, the vet was super afraid of going near him and I was the one trying to calm him down so they could at least make a basic check on him. He ended up scratching me and they made a big fuss for me to go to the hospital and that they would need to sedate him so they could actually make any sort of examination. I am glad we found a new vet and oncologist, since my cat was later diagnosed with cancer and now he has 3-monthly check-ups that go smoothly and i feel like he is always dealt with a lot understanding and care.

I visited the clinic today on a recommendation from a friend. We had struggled with previous visits to different clinics, and unfortunately, my cat continued to be sick. Finally, we found a veterinarian who treated my cat with love and patience and was able to identify the root cause of her symptoms. I’m extremely happy to have found this clinic. Many thanks to Ms. Wenkebach and everyone at the clinic, every person was so friendly and supportive.

I just had the first appointment there with my cat, and everyone was very friendly. The vet made an effort to explain everything to me about the procedures and what would be done with my kitty during the examination. Everyone seemed to truly care about their little patients.

They can't handle aggressive cats. If your cat is not cooperative with strangers (which is perfectly normal and expected) don't waste your time and money going there. Update on my review as I received a response; when my son took our cat there, specifically mentioned that the cat had fever. Instead of checking the cat's fever and/or giving something to reduce the fever, they prescribed antibiotics without having a diagnosis and told my son to check fever at home. When the owner is telling you that the cat has fever, it could be something serious and life threatening, so, as proud and caring cat vets you should think of a way to check the fever and then proceed to the next step. You should not tell them to go home and come back when the cat is calm! We, eventually found vets who were able to sedate and examine our cat at their clinic, check the fever, draw blood sample etc and they diagnosed him with lymphoma. This is the type of approach every desperate pet owner expects to receive when they've taken their pet/cat which is not well, seeking immediate diagnosis and medical help.
