From a professional and human point of view, other veterinarians should take an example. I changed to her more than 6 months ago. I'm really happy to be at Dr. Laskowska's place. She is very caring, helpful and tries her best for my cat that has a kidney disease. Also her assistants are polite. From the waiting time to the financial, I can't complain, unlike other vets.
After visiting way too many vet practices, this one really shines through. I’m so happy I finally found this place. Doctor Agnieszka is wonderful and has an incredible empathy for animals but also us, their worried owners. It’s not easy to find nowadays…You feel heard, understood and with the feeling that you and your loved one are in good hands! Will definitely recommend to anyone and stay for longer 🩷 thank you!

The staffs are very helpful and caring. I was worried for my pet’s operation but after talking to the vet I feel like he is in good hands. They are very transparent and enthusiastically explain everything in details. They are willing to communicate in English to help with my understanding as well. My pet healed fully and subsequent follow-ups really ease my concern for my pet’s recovery.
