We've been seeing Marion for our cats for years. We couldn't imagine anyone better. She's very caring and always focused on ensuring the animals' well-being. We can 100% recommend her and her team.
The staff here are very friendly; you can really tell they have a heart for animals. Dr. Bickert is very friendly. The practice is very nice, with several small animals. You're a great team, keep up the good work! Thumbs up! 👍👍👍👍 Thank you for helping my daughter and her cat so quickly.
I can only say the very best about this veterinarian. She's a veterinarian, not a psychologist for neurotic people. Her focus is on the animal, and her empathetic approach helps people make the right decisions—for the animal's well-being. I appreciate her manner because it's a gift to the animals. She's highly competent and friendly, just like the entire team. Thank you!
Ms. Bickert has a wonderful and calm manner; she answers questions and gives the animal time to get used to her. Thank you for that.
Very unfriendly greeting. Annoyed about the emergency, which she didn't treat properly, she even had the nerve to claim afterward that he had stomach and intestinal issues and that she had already said so. No, really, I already knew that much before I even went to her because there was blood coming out of both ends (but she didn't care!). Ms. Bickert's brilliant treatment for this deadly infection involved healing clay and ancient bacteria (yep, that's what she is). My dog would have died a miserable death thanks to her, and in return, she treats you like dirt while you watch your suffering animal undergo questionable examinations. I wish her the same fate she wished on my dog back then
