Hello, I'm Fiete. I was on vacation with my humans. Since I started limping on my hind leg, we went to the vet. They helped me wonderfully there. We would like to sincerely thank you for the treatment and the kindness. Thank you so much! Woof, woof
I can't praise this practice highly enough. I moved here with my cat Molly and my caregiver dog Gigi, and I must say, the way they all treat the animals is so loving. It's simply wonderful to see. We feel very well cared for here.
I have been extremely dissatisfied with this practice for quite some time and visited Mr. Balzar for the last time this week. The reasons for this were, firstly, the way my dog was treated, but above all, the communication and lack of transparency regarding treatment and costs. I would like to elaborate on this below: When my dog needed an ultrasound, his belly was shaved, resulting in a minor injury. When I inquired about it, this was downplayed with the comment that one can easily cut oneself while shaving. Before the appointment, I asked about the estimated costs, which ultimately far exceeded the quoted price range. The invoice was supposed to be sent by email, but despite repeated requests, it never arrived, apparently because my email address had been entered incorrectly. Even at the second appointment, despite explicitly asking, no clear price was given. Instead of the estimated costs, I had to pay over €300 again, bringing the total cost to over €650. I made the next appointment for a rabies vaccination and also ordered tick tablets. Again, I inquired about the expected costs and was told it would be around €100. However, the final bill came to €186. In my car, I noticed on the invoice that my dog had received additional vaccinations without prior consultation. When I returned to the practice, Mr. Balzar showed no understanding whatsoever. Instead of apology or acknowledgment, he told me I should have asked more questions! In my opinion, a professional practice should clearly and unambiguously discuss medical procedures and their costs with the pet owner. Overall, I felt neither transparently advised nor taken seriously. My advice to other clients: Have all services and costs explained to you in detail beforehand and carefully check the bill. Based on the above, I cannot recommend this practice.
The entire team, including the veterinarian(s), are highly competent, warm, and genuinely caring. It's clear that the animals' well-being is their top priority. We highly recommend this practice.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely heartfelt recommendation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We are simply incredibly grateful! 🙏 This veterinary practice is truly something special. From the very first moment, everyone was incredibly loving, understanding, and simply adorable – not just with us, but especially with our Bella. You can tell immediately: These are people with heart. Especially during the emergency service, we never would have expected such calm, patience, and attentiveness. The attending veterinarian took an incredible amount of time, explained everything in great detail, and gave us extremely competent advice. He remained calm and empathetic the entire time and truly made us feel secure – that's invaluable in such an exceptional situation. What also totally surprised us in a positive way: Even though it was an emergency service, we never felt like we were being taken advantage of. Quite the opposite – everything was fair, transparent, and absolutely in the animal's best interest. The emergency C-section was performed quickly and professionally – and thanks to this amazing team, everything went well 🙏 We are simply relieved and grateful that Bella was in such good hands. Even after the treatment: so much patience, so much attention, and genuine interest in the animal's well-being – you don't experience that everywhere. Thank you for letting Bella spend this time with you and for helping her (and us!) so much 💛 👉 We wholeheartedly recommend this practice – you are truly in the best hands here!
