Super friendly, competent team! We always received good advice and were able to get an appointment quickly, even in emergencies. Accommodation at the guesthouse went smoothly, and we've never had any problems with scheduling. We always enjoy coming! :)
I can only advise against this practice. I had my dog spayed there in May 2024. There was no proper consultation before or after the procedure. I also wanted to use the pick-up service (which I had already mentioned when making the appointment), but Dr. F refused it (immediately before the surgery) because she said she had more to do. I had to ask the veterinary assistants all my questions. They also told me that the uterus had been removed and therefore the scar would be larger. Dr. F came in twice to check if she was awake enough, as she needed the space. Almost a year later, my dog started bleeding from her vulva. The result: residual tissue from the left ovary. From then on, everything was treated at the veterinary clinic. An ultrasound revealed several areas with residual tissue (so many areas, in my opinion, that shouldn't have happened) and something under the bladder. So Toffi had surgery, and there was her uterus (which was supposedly no longer there), which was also greatly enlarged. Tissue samples were sent to pathology, and it turned out that a malignant tumor had formed from the remaining tissue. This means we now have to go for regular ultrasounds to check that the tumor doesn't recur. I emailed Dr. F., and after about a week and a half, she got back to me (which I really appreciated that day). We talked on the phone for a long time (the pick-up and drop-off service doesn't actually exist, so I suggested she update her website), and then I sent her all the reports. Since then, I haven't heard from her, not even after repeated inquiries. Unfortunately, this confirms my opinion that this practice is only about profit, not about the animals or their owners in the slightest. There was no attempt at compromise. I would have liked to write something positive, but unfortunately, I can't because of Dr. F.'s dismissive attitude.
Great doctors 👍 always very kind and accommodating 😉! And very empathetic with my two cats❤️!! Also great service: for an additional charge, they make home visits or pick up the animals and drive them back again 👍😉!! All in all, we are extremely satisfied with everything 👏😁!! Highly recommended 👍😁!!
Highly competent doctors and assistants, super friendly, both in person and on the phone. I also rarely had to wait, which is truly exceptional. Here, I feel seen as a person and a pet owner, not just a number. So: TOP-NOTCH and highly recommended!
I am very grateful to the team. Everyone was very friendly and communicative, and I also found the financial arrangements very fair and transparent. Payment in installments (minimum 50% down payment + 2 further installments) was also no problem. My dog still enjoys going there.
