This is one of the best vets we have found to deworm our dog. They fit us in straight away without an appointment, the vet was so kind and patient with our dog (he is not the biggest fan of vets), and it was the cheapest we've come across too. All-in-all, an excellent experience and we will come back here again if we're in the area and need a vet.

Excellent group of vets. Take great care of pets (and their frightened owners!)

I had previously given two stars because I wasn't satisfied with the service. However, after all the negative reviews were deleted, I'm now only giving one star! Is it better to suppress criticism than to improve? That's truly a shame.

We had an emergency with our cat. We initially thought it was constipation, as he had tried to urinate several times without success. He also wouldn't let us touch him and was hissing. Unfortunately, our usual vets were closed on Tuesday afternoons. So I called all the vets in the area, including the animal hospital, but they all turned us away. This practice saw us immediately, and the vet diagnosed him with acute urinary retention. She immediately administered anesthesia (at risk, as blood tests couldn't be done right away) and inserted a catheter. He had surgery two days later in Oerzen because, despite the catheter, he still couldn't urinate (penile amputation, struvite crystals). Without this intervention, he could have died that night. Many thanks and best regards, Horst

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The (free) emergency hotline has saved my night twice already. A huge thank you to them! Both times I spoke to an incredibly friendly and calm woman on the phone who helped me. We don't regularly bring our dog here, but based on my experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend them. You can tell that the animals are truly their top priority. Thanks again!
