Our absolute recommendation! Our dog suffered from severe vomiting for about 20 hours, and unfortunately, the prompt treatment by our (regular) veterinarian wasn't successful. He strongly advised us to go to a clinic immediately and gave us the name of one. There, our dog underwent a thorough examination – diagnosis: gastric torsion, meaning her life was in danger. Two hours later, the necessary surgery was already underway, and shortly after, we received the relieving call: Our girl had pulled through! We were overjoyed. The empathetic approach to both animals and people at this clinic made us feel we were in exactly the right place and that everything was being done to help our furry friend immediately and in the best possible way. A thousand thanks to the entire team! Of course, some people will say: They're making a good living off this – yes, no facility can survive otherwise, and that's fine and acceptable. But – as we experienced here, it can be done with a great deal of dedication, top-notch expertise, and even more heart. This should be a model for many other fields!

Today was my first time there with my dog, and I felt so well cared for. Everyone was so friendly. I was so worried about my dog, and they were very supportive and understanding. I left the clinic feeling good and will definitely come back if my dog ​​is unwell again.

The staff are technically excellent, but we strongly advise everyone to specify a maximum amount beforehand, even in emergencies, and get it in writing. Otherwise, it seems you'll only get an all-inclusive treatment, like with our cat (15.5 years old) who had been seriously ill for some time. We brought her in on Saturday, and by Sunday she was supposed to be better (according to the vet). On Monday, the only option was to euthanize her, and as a little surprise, we received a bill for almost €3,000. To make matters even more interesting, the insurance payments are forwarded directly to a debt collection agency. We find this process rather disturbing. With an older animal that has been under treatment for a long time, they first say she's getting better and then 12 hours later say there's no hope left, and then immediately hand the bill over to a debt collection agency. It gives me the impression that "the main thing is that we get the money."

Highly recommended! I was able to bring my dog ​​in today as an emergency, very spontaneously. Right from the start, my dogs and I were greeted warmly and with great empathy at reception. The two veterinarians (unfortunately, I couldn't remember their names) were very understanding, examined my dog ​​thoroughly and calmly, and explained each step to me in detail. Throughout our entire stay, we felt incredibly well cared for by the whole team, both personally and professionally! Thank you so much!
