This animal hospital is simply the best in and around Lueneburg. If I could give them 100 starts I would. They are fast, professional, experienced, knowledgeable, capable and very inexpensive compared to the othe animal hospital in Lueneburg. I highly recommend this place and all of its awesome staff. Thank you all a thousand times for doing the outstanding job you do.

❤️ Thank you for the wonderful care our cat received. We had to go in the morning because, despite having a catheter inserted hours earlier (at another veterinary clinic), he couldn't urinate. Dr. Bräcklein examined him and kept him there, but explained everything clearly. It's so hard to leave your pet there 🫩. He then had to have surgery the next day and stay in the hospital. We received a daily update call and were also asked what he liked to eat, as he wasn't really eating there (understandable, since everything was unfamiliar). We also really appreciated the scheduled pick-up, as everything (medication, follow-up examinations) was explained to us in detail. We would have gone straight there, of course, but the appointments make sense because they allow the veterinarian time for explanations. Luckily, we had pet insurance at the time, but even without it, we have to say the overall cost of the treatment was justified. Highly recommended! I was able to bring my dog ​​in today as an emergency, very spontaneously. Right from the start, my dogs and I were greeted warmly and with great empathy at reception. The two veterinarians (unfortunately, I couldn't remember their names) were very understanding, examined my dog ​​thoroughly and calmly, and explained each step to me in detail. I've been taking my 13 cats to the TGZ Doktor Koch veterinary clinic for over 25 years. All the vets and veterinary assistants are incredibly kind and always have a sympathetic ear for my concerns. Appointments are kept, and emergencies are treated immediately.
