After our third visit, we can confirm that they are very punctual. Both the veterinarian and the owner demonstrate a high level of empathy for both the dog and its owner (and we mustn't forget the assistants! They are equally dedicated and deserve five stars). The prices are in line with our previous experience at another large practice in the district. We feel very well cared for and completely supported. We will gladly continue to use this wonderful, clean, and friendly veterinary practice, although we hope this will only be necessary for vaccinations.

During our visits, we met two different veterinarians and found both to be very friendly and competent. It was clear they had thoroughly reviewed our dog's file beforehand. We also appreciated the online appointment booking and short waiting times, which made the visit much more relaxed for my dog. We were particularly pleased that a skin condition was diagnosed here that had gone undetected during three previous visits to other veterinary practices. We are very grateful for that.

I've been a patient at this practice for 20 years. The practice is clean, the veterinary assistants are always friendly and helpful, and the veterinary team is competent, empathetic, and provides good advice. Unfortunately, there's no on-site parking, but you can usually find a public parking space nearby.
