For me and my cat, this is a trusted veterinary practice we've frequented for years, known for its excellent preventative care and genuine love for animals. Not only do I feel very well advised and cared for there, but so does my cat 😻, who always knows how to behave impeccably. 5 stars

I regularly took my cat to Dr. Klupiec's practice for almost two years and would like to highly recommend her. Even at reception, you receive a very warm welcome, quickly creating a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. In the examination room, my cat was always treated with empathy, love, and playfulness, and plenty of time was taken. I was always well-informed and advised about everything. The staff were all very courteous and even took care of everything for me during my pregnancy – we had become quite familiar with each other. Scheduling appointments was always seamless, and if there were any issues that needed clarification, they were communicated and organized effectively. I also never had to wait long in the waiting room. Even my beloved cat's final journey was handled respectfully, with plenty of explanation and empathy. We were given ample time, and the practice also took care of the subsequent cremation. They made the experience as comfortable as possible for us, given the circumstances. The final journey of my beloved cat was also managed with great care and understanding. Five stars aren't enough – I wholeheartedly recommend this practice and wish them continued success! Thanks to Dr. Klupiec's efforts, I was able to get an appointment as quickly as possible at the Norderstedt Veterinary Clinic with Dr. Nickel, who was able to help our puppy. This is not something to be taken for granted, thank you so much! We have been going to her for years and feel very well cared for by her and her team.

I'm a patient of Dr. Klupiec with my third dog and I'm very satisfied. Even in emergencies, they always manage to squeeze me in. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They always have a sympathetic ear for pet owners. I've been a patient there with my animals for over 20 years – that says it all.
