I went there today because my 11-week-old mixed-breed puppy had scratched himself raw. We simply wanted to know if anything needed to be done about the risk of infection. While I was speaking, I was frequently interrupted with inappropriate comments. The wounds weren't even examined. Towards the end, I received the most outrageous comment I've ever heard from a stranger: "Shave yourself, you look like a bomber." In short: I didn't receive any real help, and due to the unfriendly comments, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

I don't doubt the professional competence of the staff here. However, the communication – which is crucial for a veterinarian in many situations – was so disappointing in several cases that I strongly advise against this practice (and, incidentally, also against anyone who isn't a fan of homeopathy and its unsolicited billing).
