Dr. Schneider is the most empathetic veterinarian I have ever encountered. Her calm and considerate manner soothed both our cat and us. I was deeply touched to see how she and her team handled our extremely sensitive, anxious, and stressed cat. She dedicated a great deal of time to both the cat and us, who were at our wits' end and had a thousand questions, all of which she patiently answered. We followed her suggestions, and her treatment was completely successful. It was also absolutely no problem to reach her by phone when we still had questions; she called us back the same day. Thank you so much, Dr. Schneider! We will be back with Mimi!

I've been taking my pets to this practice for almost nine years and have always been satisfied. Everyone is empathetic and dedicated to the animals' well-being. You have to see which veterinarian you and your animals get along with best. Since Ms. Schmidt started, we only book appointments with her. She is incredibly empathetic and competent. You feel taken seriously and in good hands. Everything is explained clearly, and she's always available to answer questions. She took the time to get to know our timid young dog several times and make her feel comfortable. With our slightly older cats, she's always understanding and discusses options with us before any treatment is performed. She sees us and our animals as a family and treats us accordingly.
