I've been taking my two animals to Mr. Purschke for about two years. Whether it's my cat, who suffers from bouts of vomiting, or my dog, who suddenly developed a poor gait, I can only say that this veterinarian does his best to help. You call, ask for an appointment, and it's squeezed in promptly, or even on the same day if possible. His handling of my beloved pets has always been very competent; he really cared for both of them. For me, changing vets due to a move was a complete success.

In my greatest hour of need, I called this vet in the evening because he was on call. After I described the situation and symptoms, all I got was a tired, "That doesn't seem to be a life-threatening condition." I had to call twice before anyone answered. It seemed to me the man was already in bed and simply couldn't be bothered to go to the practice. Our dog was in pain, whimpering, and walking with a hunched posture. None of that was enough for him to treat our dog. It's truly a disgrace that a doctor would refuse to treat an animal in distress. Absolutely appalling.

I took my dog ​​there, and they didn't give him a good injection at all...he was limping and bleeding heavily afterward...I also had to go to a different vet today because it wasn't getting any better. Quite the opposite, in fact 😔and he said he was treated incorrectly and we were also given the wrong medication...he also had a fever, and it wasn't checked...that was my last visit there!!!

We are thrilled with veterinarian Jürgen Purschke and his team. He showed compassion, patience, and professional expertise towards both people and animals. We will gladly return to his practice anytime during his opening hours because we are very satisfied. Thank you, Kreiseler family
