Very careful and animal loving doctor. They begin their schedule at 16:00 which is a bit odd
As an Ausländer in this small town, we had to make sure the places we go will treat us fair and a little english is fine as we understand little Deutsche too. They picked up the phone on first attempt, spoke simple basic english to make an appointment. We went there with my cat who had gum and teeth pain, was given medication on the spot and scheduled for next appointment for tooth extraction, things were noted down like the appointment time and the prescription schedule to ensure we understand the details. It was a relief to communicate with them, my cat has got better now.
A very competent and friendly veterinary practice! Mr. Held and his team are very sensitive and gentle with my two furry friends and have helped me a lot in several emergency situations. I entrust my two rabbits to this practice with complete confidence.
