I've been taking my animals to this veterinary practice for a long time now. I'm extremely satisfied. Mr. Karstensen takes his time and is very thorough. If you're lucky, you can even get an appointment at short notice. I'm happy to drive an hour for that. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend him!

Our absolute soulmate vet. We feel incredibly well cared for with our two cats. Even our previous hamster was treated with incredible respect and seriousness, even though to many it's "just a hamster." Always available, always does everything possible, super friendly, calm, reassuring, and competent. We trust him completely. Kai definitely knows what he's doing and what's right for both animal and owner. Our motto at home: if Kai isn't around anymore, we probably won't have any more pets.
