Both Klaus Wapler and his wife Andrea are tireless and extremely dedicated to the animals. Their incredibly empathetic approach is particularly noteworthy – not only with our dogs Abby and Lulu, but also with us as concerned pet owners. You always feel understood and in the best possible hands. Thanks to their outstanding expertise and care, our two dogs, Abby and Lulu, lived to a ripe old age and enjoyed a high quality of life. This speaks volumes about the quality of treatment! A huge thank you to the entire team for this wonderful care!

Although I was actually just a substitute, it couldn't be better. My cat went completely berserk, bit, scratched, and barred twice. Mr. Wappler was very compassionate. He had to put bandages on himself first. I'm still ashamed of my cat's outburst. And we'll be back and continue with this excellent care.

A fantastic veterinarian and his wife, who are always friendly and helpful. Visits are straightforward thanks to their open consultation hours. I've been going there for over 15 years, now with my second dog. When the dog willingly jumps out of the car and goes into the practice (despite being nervous), that says it all! 👍

It is with a heavy heart that I must give this veterinary practice a negative review today. We had been taking our four cats here for treatment for about a year. We went for the usual things like vaccinations, treatments for inflammations, coughs, etc. Consequently, the practice received a considerable amount of revenue from us. At our last visit, the receptionist approached us and said we owed approximately €400. This led to phone calls and a threat of legal action, which we accepted since there was no outstanding invoice. Our bank took about two months to locate the previous payment because the account no longer existed. After receiving proof of the payment, we terminated our contract with this practice, and there was no apology whatsoever for these circumstances.
