Dr. Wapler and his wife are always very friendly and work lovingly with their patients. I took my cat to their emergency clinic. She came home one evening sick and in pain. When I was already fearing the worst, Dr. Wapler reassured me and, without even taking an X-ray, diagnosed a hip fracture. The next day (when he was off work), he arranged for me to go to the best veterinary clinic to have my cat treated. The diagnosis was later confirmed with an X-ray. My cat was operated on that same day by the head veterinarian at the clinic in Rosenheim, and now, after a few difficult weeks post-op, she's back to her old self, as if nothing had ever happened. I highly recommend this practice!

Both Klaus Wapler and his wife Andrea are tireless and extremely dedicated to the animals. Their incredibly empathetic approach is particularly noteworthy – not only with our dogs Abby and Lulu, but also with us as concerned pet owners. You always feel understood and in the best possible hands. Thanks to their outstanding expertise and care, our two dogs, Abby and Lulu, lived to a ripe old age and enjoyed a high quality of life. This speaks volumes about the quality of treatment! A huge thank you to the entire team for this wonderful care!

It is with a heavy heart that I must give this veterinary practice a negative review today. We had been taking our four cats here for treatment for about a year. We went for the usual things like vaccinations, treatments for inflammations, coughs, etc. Consequently, the practice received a considerable amount of revenue from us. At our last visit, the receptionist approached us and said we owed approximately €400. This led to phone calls and a threat of legal action, which we accepted since there was no outstanding invoice. Our bank took about two months to locate the previous payment because the account no longer existed. After receiving proof of the payment, we terminated our contract with this practice, and there was no apology whatsoever for these circumstances.
