Find a different vet! We just took our rabbit to him for an emergency after calling and being asked to come in. As soon as we arrived, it was clear the vet didn't really want to treat the rabbit. Instead, he accused us of feeding the rabbit incorrectly and recommended that commercial rabbit food and hay were the best diet! Complete incompetence!
