We're very satisfied. You can always come in, and they're always willing to listen and try to do their best. The price/performance ratio is also good. We've always gone there with our two cats and now with our two dogs. So far, we've always had good experiences, which is why we give them 5 stars and highly recommend them.

Today, with a heavy heart, we had to let our beloved dog go. The vet came to our home and accompanied us through this very emotional and sad situation with incredible calm, empathy, and compassion. We felt understood and in good hands at all times – both professionally and personally. For that, we are infinitely grateful.

Very helpful, even outside of regular hours. I arrived 10 minutes before the official opening time and was seen immediately. I've definitely had different experiences elsewhere... Therefore, 5 stars and highly recommended. Competent, knows what he's doing, helps, and has often been very helpful. Even when having your pet euthanized, you don't feel ashamed of your tears. Top veterinarian.

EDIT: Even with the handover to Dr. Fraunhofer, the quality of the practice hasn't diminished one bit! She listens carefully to what you observe in your pet and examines them thoroughly :) -------- Super veterinarian, we take our dogs, cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs to him. He always takes plenty of time and gives good advice. He doesn't push unnecessary treatments but still checks very carefully what's wrong with the animals. He also always helps you so you can care for your pets well at home. He shows and explains exactly how to treat wounds and what supplies to use. I bring my Maine Coon in once a year for a grooming. The lovely Chrissi usually does it. You can either leave your pets there and pick them up later, or, as I prefer, stay and help hold them :) All in all, a great practice that I can trust with my animals anytime.

Very nice and friendly staff. You don't have to wait long and can even go without an appointment and be seen promptly. The only thing that bothers me personally are the opening hours. You always have to plan carefully when you can go 😅 but otherwise, a very good veterinarian 😊
