Unfriendly, unprofessional. I would never go to this vet again; since then, my dog ​​is afraid of having his nails trimmed and of getting injections. It's astonishing that this vet is even allowed to practice. I've never been to such a bad vet. Prejudice against small dogs is also rampant there.

Provided quick and effective assistance at short notice. Was very friendly and helpful. Would gladly use their services again!

Extremely unfriendly! He gave the wrong diagnosis! He said my cat had an incurable chronic eye infection, even though he only had conjunctivitis (I immediately went to another vet who gave me the correct diagnosis). I'm very dissatisfied and will never visit this vet again! I'm amazed that someone like that is even allowed to be a vet. I would be ashamed to be a vet like that!

Very unfriendly on the phone and in general. My small dog is very anxious, and they shook his hand at me. My cat at the time was diagnosed with a spinal fracture and paralysis... he can walk perfectly fine again today without any problems. Otherwise, they were very unfriendly and didn't answer any questions on the phone. We won't be going there again; very unprofessional. I'd be ashamed if I were a veterinarian.
