Very rude! Wrong diagnosis! Said my cat had a chronic eye infection that wasn't curable, even though he only had conjunctivitis (I immediately went to another vet afterward, who then gave me the correct diagnosis). Very dissatisfied, I will never visit this vet again! I'm surprised that someone like that is even allowed to be a vet. I would be ashamed to be that kind of vet!

Very unfriendly on the phone and in general. My small dog is very anxious, and they shook his hand at me. My cat at the time was diagnosed with a spinal fracture and paralysis... he can walk perfectly fine again today without any problems. Otherwise, they were very unfriendly and didn't answer any questions on the phone. We won't be going there again; very unprofessional. I'd be ashamed if I were a veterinarian.
