Reviews
The vet and staff are incredibly friendly, take their time, and the prices are more than reasonable. They conduct thorough examinations, try to help, but don't do anything unnecessary. And they've been doing this for years. The easygoing assistants are truly skilled at handling less friendly animals, so no one gets hurt. Hats off to them! All of this made our final journey there perhaps a little more bearable for us in that moment. Thank you.
Always friendly, competent and attentive to the animals and their well-being
Top veterinarian. Very experienced, friendly, and loving with patients. The best practice in the area!
Excellent veterinarian, explains diseases very precisely, highly recommended.
There was no question of a thorough examination. My cat has extreme lameness in her hind legs. She's completely unable to move around the house. Her hind legs were bent and straightened, and then I was told it was difficult to make a diagnosis!!?? When I asked if an X-ray could be taken, the answer was: "There really isn't time for that today." For context: after a 50-minute wait with an appointment (which I wouldn't normally mind), there apparently wasn't time to treat the patient because impatient owners in the waiting room were already putting pressure on them. There was no treatment involved. I expect a doctor to give all patients the necessary time, regardless of the wait time! A painkiller was administered, and Mr. Mittermeier "suspects" it's rheumatic pain. Thanks for such a superficial diagnosis! Finally, after another wait, I was offered an X-ray, but frankly, I was so shocked by the procedure that I refused. Another doctor will now take care of the problem, and I'm glad that such an experience is rare.
