Reviews
We were seen immediately due to an emergency and were delighted with Ms. Schwarzenberger and the veterinary assistant. Both were very empathetic, thorough, and loving in their handling of the cat! Thank you so much!
Professional efficient on time and the services I required for a fair price. I use this practice every visit.
We visited Dr. Schwarzenberger due to an emergency. She is incredibly empathetic and very kind. My cat was absolutely ill that evening. But the doctor put us completely at ease, acting quickly and compassionately. I would definitely go to her again.
We just took our hamster to Dr. Schwarzenberger (it was a Sunday) because it was an urgent emergency. Despite it being the weekend, she took the time to examine our hamster thoroughly and very carefully. She handled the animal with great care, calmness, and sensitivity, so our hamster didn't feel stressed at all. Dr. Schwarzenberger explained all the steps clearly and answered all our questions in detail. I have rarely met such a competent, friendly, and empathetic veterinarian who is so attentive to both the animal and its owner. Highly recommended, especially for small animal emergencies.
I thought she was good! We'd been there for two weeks for treatment, but I was very disappointed. She said there was nothing wrong with him, no fracture or anything. He was given painkillers that made him stagger around, but today I was in Erlach again. Our cat has bone cancer; there's nothing more they can do for him. We can only hope the painkillers help a little. Right now, they seem to be easing his pain somewhat, but we don't know for how long. I'm sorry, Ms. Schwarzenberger, if you're angry with me now, but your diagnosis wasn't quite right for Zuri either. She doesn't have a bacterial bladder infection, but fluid in her chest cavity. The only thing I can give you credit for is that you were friendly and let me pay by invoice. Micky died on December 8, 2025.
