A very friendly vet. I was able to get an appointment for our cat Cookie at short notice without having to wait. The price was reasonable for the treatment and not overpriced. I highly recommend this practice!

Very nice, but I would NOT recommend her as a horse vet. She lacked experience and made a fatal misdiagnosis. In the future, I'd rather prioritize competence over sympathy—and ideally, I'd go straight to the horse clinic in Aschheim or Airport.

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant and disappointing experience this morning! I called as a new customer and requested an emergency appointment for a lame mare who was visibly in pain. Dr. Köpf told me she wouldn't go to that stable because of a disagreement with the owner. I, or rather, my mare, have no involvement. It's purely about my mare, who is in pain. Dr. Köpf could have been here for just a few minutes. Instead, I was left standing there with no assistance... Truly very disappointing – I've never experienced anything like this before!
