Dr.med.vet. Alexander Horak Tierarzt

Terrible, I cannot recommend this clinic. My cat was left in such a state that her rehabilitation will take at least a year. The conditions were completely unhygienic, no tests were performed, and there was no clear diagnosis. If you care about your pets, avoid this clinic.

When I lived in Germany, Dr. Horak was my cats' vet. Whenever I was in Germany, I took my cats exclusively to him. Even now—over 15 years later, and now living in Australia—I often think about how wonderful Dr. Horak was. His calm demeanor, his patience, and his genuine love for animals always made me feel safe and secure. My cats were treated with great empathy, respect, and expertise. So many years and so much distance have passed, and yet the quality of his work has stayed with me to this day. I still compare other vets to him—and that says it all. Thank you, Dr. Horak, for the wonderful care of my cats. Highly recommended.

Fantastic veterinarian! He takes his time even on stressful days and works very professionally, talking to the animals. A vet who knows his craft.

The vet is really good. He takes his time and does everything very carefully. My cat had a lump, and another vet said we'd just put him under and that would be fine. Even though I told him he doesn't tolerate anesthesia well. So I went to this vet's office, and the vet said we could manage it without. And he was really good, and after an hour it was all over.
