In February, our cat had two teeth pulled. One tooth only broke out. Four months later, the tooth stump festered, causing a severe infection and damaging her eye. She was treated by another vet for weeks. She is now on a liquid diet. Absolute horror!

I'm thrilled! Tartar removed without anesthesia! Our dog didn't even notice her vaccination. A super nice vet who really took her time with our "little scaredy-cat"! We'll definitely be back!

I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful support and advice from Ms. Fritz. Even though it was "only" a quick question about my dog, she immediately took the time to answer it thoroughly, asking specific follow-up questions and explaining everything to me very clearly and empathetically. I was particularly impressed by how confidently and competently she was able to advise me, even on very specific topics such as poisonous plants (Thuja). You can tell how experienced she is and how much understanding she has, even in situations where the dog might not react "perfectly." You can immediately tell that she is not only highly skilled but also truly passionate about what she does. Such dedication and compassion are rare – highly recommended.

We were always very satisfied with this veterinary practice for a long time. Minor treatments, such as tartar removal, were carried out quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with our cat. He was brought in for a bladder infection and wasn't seen until around 10 a.m. An ultrasound was performed and antibiotics were administered. We were told it wasn't anything serious and that he could be left unattended. Around noon, I checked on him – he was lying panting on his side and died about 20 minutes later. The next day, I contacted Ms. Fritz by phone. During this conversation, she stated, among other things, that a bladder infection wasn't an emergency and that they weren't a small animal practice. These statements deeply upset us. This experience has unfortunately shaken our trust in the practice. We will be seeing a different veterinarian in the future.

I'm absolutely thrilled with Ms. Fritz! My cat's tartar treatment was painless and without anesthesia. She was caring, compassionate, and truly took her time. We enjoy coming back, feel well cared for, and recommend her at any time. Thank you very much.
