Reviews
I'm thrilled! Tartar removed without anesthesia! Our dog didn't even notice her vaccination. A super nice vet who really took her time with our "little scaredy-cat"! We'll definitely be back!
A very kind and competent veterinarian! I called because my cat was rapidly getting worse due to an infection with a high fever... I got an appointment just 1.5 hours later. Everything was explained to me in detail, what would be done to my cat and why. A very, very loving way with both animals and people, highly recommended!
I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful support and advice from Ms. Fritz. Even though it was "only" a quick question about my dog, she immediately took the time to answer it thoroughly, asking specific follow-up questions and explaining everything to me very clearly and empathetically. I was particularly impressed by how confidently and competently she was able to advise me, even on very specific topics such as poisonous plants (Thuja). You can tell how experienced she is and how much understanding she has, even in situations where the dog might not react "perfectly." You can immediately tell that she is not only highly skilled but also truly passionate about what she does. Such dedication and compassion are rare – highly recommended.
We were always very satisfied with this veterinary practice for a long time. Minor treatments, such as tartar removal, were carried out quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with our cat. He was brought in for a bladder infection and wasn't seen until around 10 a.m. An ultrasound was performed and antibiotics were administered. We were told it wasn't anything serious and that he could be left unattended. Around noon, I checked on him – he was lying panting on his side and died about 20 minutes later. The next day, I contacted Ms. Fritz by phone. During this conversation, she stated, among other things, that a bladder infection wasn't an emergency and that they weren't a small animal practice. These statements deeply upset us. This experience has unfortunately shaken our trust in the practice. We will be seeing a different veterinarian in the future.
I am absolutely thrilled with Ms. Fritz! My cat's tartar removal treatment was painless and required no anesthesia. She was kind, empathetic, and really took her time. We always enjoy coming back, feel very well cared for, and would recommend her without hesitation. Thank you so much!
