I'm so glad I took my cat to the vet! 🙂 A super friendly assistant and a very kind and competent doctor saw my cat just before closing time. I loved the relaxed atmosphere because for the first time, I felt like they were really there for my cat, not just making money. They listened to me, and Dr. Reuss explained everything very thoroughly, but most importantly, my cat is feeling much better now! 🧡 A huge thank you to both of you!

They love animals; you feel understood and very well cared for with your pet. They examine and treat quickly and give recommendations. A very open, warm, and honest practice. The animals even get a treat ❤️. I feel comfortable there because my pet is treated very gently. I'll be staying 🫂🫂🫂

The tone at reception is also unacceptable. The demeanor of some staff members comes across as arrogant and disrespectful. Phrases like "I'm sorry, not my fault – then you'll just have to figure it out yourself" or "Go somewhere else" are completely inappropriate towards patients. Such inconsiderate language and a lack of service are unacceptable in a medical practice and reflect extremely negatively on the entire team.

Such a wonderful veterinarian who truly cares about the animals' well-being but also listens to the owners' concerns. I'm so glad I found him. I've rarely met such an empathetic person. The same goes for the veterinary assistant. A top-notch team and highly recommended if you love your pet and want the best for it. Thank you for the excellent care! 🙏
