Very friendly and accommodating, honest advice, unlike many others who just want to "make more money". Emergencies are welcome anytime, I am very satisfied, even though this visit didn't have a happy ending for our duck.

Today is Christmas Eve. Along with many other owners of four-legged emergency patients, I kept Dr. Volker Deckinger and – my dog ​​Liesel and I – veterinarian Sandra Rieden and her team busy until late afternoon. When Liesel and I left the practice in the afternoon, others were already enjoying their Christmas coffee. The practice team still had to clean up and do the billing – and after numerous emergencies, they were visibly exhausted, but as thoughtful and friendly as ever. You have to go far to find a veterinary practice like this. Aside from their professional competence and empathy for the animals, there's a relaxed, family-like atmosphere. Warmth, the ability to listen, and genuine interest in solving the "case." In Liesel's case, they succeeded. No fuss, just a ladle to collect urine right at reception. An in-house lab makes diagnosis easier: My brave old lady has cystitis. She received immediate help. Now she's relaxing on her couch under the Christmas tree, fast asleep. We took our cat to the emergency vet for the first time last weekend. Despite a devastating diagnosis, we felt very well cared for by Dr. Glonegger-Reichert. She supported us with competence and empathy during those difficult hours and gave us a loving send-off. Thank you so much ❤️
