We brought our two dogs to the veterinary practice and are extremely satisfied with the entire team. Friendly, empathetic, and responsible – I say this with great gratitude. Always accommodating and eager to help is the team's motto. Very important for us, they always have Hill's Gentle Diet Food in stock at reasonable prices. Beforehand, I had called all over Wuppertal.

We were extremely satisfied with veterinarian Dr. Heip and her team. We arrived without an appointment with our badly bitten cat, didn't have to wait long, and the vet treated our pet professionally and competently. The team also took their time and lovingly cared for our cat after the surgery. This small animal practice deserves a full 5 stars!

We have been patients there with our second generation of cats since 2006. There is absolutely nothing to complain about.

We visited the practice with our husband on April 30, 2026. The examination was very professional and conducted calmly and thoroughly. A blood test was performed, and even his blood pressure was measured. Later, we received the diagnosis of diabetes. Since we already had experience with it, the appropriate insulin was prescribed without any discussion. We are more than satisfied with the examination, the communication, and the pricing!
