I too would like to sincerely thank Ms. Häfele for her exceptional professionalism and great empathy. She always provided our Boxer with the best possible care, giving him exactly what he needed—nothing more, nothing less. When it was time for him to go, she handled it with calm respect for the animal and great understanding towards us. And this was on a Saturday morning when we were squeezed in at short notice and the entire street was packed with waiting patients. We were given all the time we needed to say goodbye to our beloved pet. Thank you again so much for this kindness. Should we ever decide to get another dog, Ms. Häfele will undoubtedly be our veterinarian again. Many thanks for everything, also to the highly professional practice team, and especially to her mother!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and they provide thorough explanations. Waiting times are short, including waiting for an appointment. I highly recommend this practice!

We are so happy to have found Dr. Häfele 6-7 years ago. She always knows what to do, helps, and supports us wherever she can. My dogs were always relaxed with her, and I never felt like she didn't know what she was doing. Another important point: you never get the feeling she's just doing something to make money, like you sometimes do with other vets. We will continue to make the 30-minute drive.
