We were in the emergency room; the staff was friendly and competent; the doctors were very good. Everything was explained very well and they took their time. Highly recommended.

I brought my healthy little cat in for spaying and picked her up DEAD. Apparently, this is the first time a cat has died during a spaying procedure at his practice. It seems to be a side effect, which makes me wonder why I'm the first person to receive a dead cat. The vet claims it was a side effect, which I honestly doubt, and I will have it investigated. If negligence on their part is confirmed, they will face legal consequences. Furthermore, the vet called me and delivered this news in a very cold and heartless manner. When I picked up the DEAD CAT, the vet was no longer available to speak to me personally.

We had to take our dog to Dr. Adam and his team for an emergency appointment due to a poorly treated inflammation. The practice provided truly competent care for our dog. They took their time and conducted a thorough and accurate diagnosis. Later, we unfortunately had to go to the clinic in Ettlingen for surgery, but even there, the team supported us wholeheartedly, printing out documents, even those from the previous vet, registering us at the clinic, etc. Our entire family thanks the whole team from the bottom of our hearts!

A very good and friendly practice. The reception staff as well as the doctor, Dr. Adam, take plenty of time and explain everything thoroughly. Highly recommended.
