Both people and animals are treated kindly. My elderly cat had blood drawn, and a colleague was called in who was excellent at holding her. The blood draw was quick and easy. The staff handles the animals with empathy and understanding. I was informed beforehand about the available diagnostic tests, what I wanted, and the associated costs. Communication was completely transparent, and all my questions were answered. Even during the ultrasound examination, they took their time, explained everything thoroughly, showed me what was required, and discussed the next steps calmly. This was our first time at this small animal practice, and I am very satisfied. Having previously had a very negative experience with a veterinarian in the Melk district, I read the reviews – I absolutely cannot understand the (sometimes quite unbelievable) negative comments!
The best veterinary clinic in the Scheibs area. Animals are treated well. Dr. Jennifer Müller-Guttenbrunn is not just a veterinarian; she has a compassionate heart for animals. She treats animals with the same care and empathy as she treats people. The staff is very friendly.
Absolutely overpriced, no transparent explanation, and I got the feeling that emergency situations were being exploited for profit rather than animal welfare being the priority. Under the guise of animal welfare, I was then reported to the official veterinarian for suspected animal cruelty because I refused to consent to the extremely expensive treatment! In short: The animal is already doing better today, miraculously, without the four-figure luxury treatment, and the official veterinarian dropped the charges immediately. Why? Because they were unfounded. I found a great colleague; it's much further away, but a vet with heart and soul, and worlds cheaper. I was given comprehensive information about treatment options, including worldwide. That's what I call transparency. Not: money or life!
My Bailey was even welcomed so warmly on a Saturday, as a "new arrival" rather than a regular patient. Plenty of time was taken for the examination; they didn't just jump right in. Thank you so much! All paws up! Bailey & Sandra
