The best and kindest vet I've ever met. She helped my dog through his final, most difficult time and so lovingly relieved him of his suffering. I thank her endlessly. Thank you😍😍
I've never met such a kind and empathetic veterinarian. She provided the best possible care for my mother's cat so she could enjoy her remaining time without unnecessary tests that wouldn't have helped. I can wholeheartedly recommend her; humanity definitely needs more people with such a big heart!
Friendly, lovely, and empathetic! Animals couldn't be better cared for. I'm so glad my kitties are with her 😊!
A very empathetic, competent, and friendly veterinarian. You immediately feel comfortable and well cared for. Unfortunately, our first contact with her was for a sad reason, but if we get another dog, we will definitely have Dr. Gumsej treat it.
Professionally competent. But she's absolutely not my cup of tea when it comes to dealing with people or animals. When I had blood drawn from my older cat, I was supposed to hold her (our vet before and after brought in a colleague for this). Then she didn't find the vein properly, had to try several times, and very little blood came out, and it took a long time. Understandably, the cat eventually started to struggle, and as a layperson, I couldn't hold her. The vet then scratched her and started insulting my cat and became aggressive towards my elderly feline. She then called her husband for help and also complained to him about my cat, saying I couldn't hold her properly. Everything was covered in blood (from the botched blood draw), the vet was scratched, and my cat and I were completely distraught. The vet was then scratched. We've since found a different vet. The blood draw was done by another specialist, with just one prick, and my cat didn't even hiss or anything. Furthermore, we weren't informed about the costs beforehand, which I much prefer with our new vet.
