I have to say, I'm really disappointed, and not for the first time. But we thought we'd try here again to spare the animals another trip and even more stress. We were there today with our rabbits; one was losing fur and the other had an inflamed eye. The examination itself was okay, but when it turned out the poor mice had mites, Ms. Koch was pleased to see something under the microscope again. It's all well and good to be enthusiastic about nature, but we were honestly shocked and saddened. I personally found it unprofessional. We were then told to weigh all our animals at home, since we also have rabbits that need treatment. We were supposed to contact them via WhatsApp, and then they would tell us the dosages we needed for our animals based on their weights. We didn't receive a reply, and it was still before closing time, as we had made a special effort to get there. My call was then rejected. I understand that veterinarians also want and deserve their evenings off, but agreements simply have to be honored. Especially since I had double-checked the procedure with the vet and at reception. The eye was ignored until the very end, so I brought it up again, it was briefly examined, and I was referred to another vet. That's fine, we'll be seeing him anyway. Thankfully, we were able to find out how to administer the medication at another practice before the weekend, as we wanted to be able to treat the animal promptly. I find this kind of treatment extremely rude. I cannot recommend this practice for treating a rabbit; we will definitely go to a rabbit-specialized practice in the future.

I took my 11-year-old Golden Retriever to the emergency vet today and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised after reading the reviews here. We received a warm welcome and the online registration process was incredibly easy. The consultation and examination were also excellent. The vet handled my dog wonderfully and was very friendly. The price was easy to understand thanks to the invoice.

Dear Ms. Koch, dear practice team, for almost 10 years I brought Donna (a Bolonka-Maltese mix) to you, mostly just for vaccinations, as Donna was quite robust. At the end of Donna's life (15 years), you cared for us so competently and lovingly, tried everything one last time, and on February 23, 2026, with such empathy for both dog and owner, you relieved Donna of her suffering. THANK YOU. All the best to you and your team! Ulrike Geyer

Thank you for the excellent care and thank you for allowing Amy to pass away peacefully at home. The loss is very painful. Thank you for your professional work. ❤
