We visited today for the first time with our rabbit and weren't customers before. We didn't have an appointment and were seen immediately. The receptionist was very friendly, thank you again! 👍 We received excellent help. The vet was truly lovely.

Our visit to this veterinary practice was unfortunately very disappointing. We had repeatedly and clearly told the vet which test we wanted done, but she performed a completely different one without consulting us. In the end, we had to pay for both tests, even though it was her fault. It simply seemed like pure greed. We found it particularly outrageous that she plucked hairs from our dog's fur without asking us to do another test, without even saying a word about it. In addition, we were confronted with her unsolicited personal opinion about our dog breed. She practically advised us against breeding our dog, even though that wasn't our intention at all. Overall, we didn't get the impression that the animal's well-being was the priority here, but rather how to maximize the bill.

A fantastic team I've met so far! We've been able to do a lot of medical training with our dog there, and the veterinarians were also open to using our method during treatment so that our dog could experience a stress-free treatment.

Always incredibly kind to both dogs and people! You feel very comfortable and understood. The whole team is simply fantastic! We always love coming here, even the dog gets incredibly excited when we arrive...😁 that's really saying something!👍🏻

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this veterinary practice. I took my puppy there for several weeks – but it was only after much back and forth that a diagnosis was finally made. We were assured that our dog would now receive targeted help, but unfortunately, the opposite happened. They immediately prescribed an expensive antibiotic, which later turned out to be unsuitable and even harmful. Another veterinarian later confirmed to us that this medication should not be used on puppies, as it can cause serious side effects. Our dog's condition did, in fact, worsen significantly after the treatment. Furthermore, communication with the practice was very unreliable. We often had to follow up several times to get a call back and were often unavailable at crucial times, or received a response very late. When we legitimately asked why our dog's condition wasn't improving, the only answer was that they simply "wait and see" – while our puppy continued to suffer. Based on our experience, we can only say: Stay away from this practice. The treatment methods seem outdated, the prices are exorbitant, and the communication leaves much to be desired. Very disappointing.
