Unfortunately, our usual vet wasn't available. It was an emergency (a seriously ill cat who was terrified of transport and veterinarians). After 12 attempts and two hours later, we finally reached Dr. Röbbel. However, he didn't think it necessary to come and wanted the cat taken to his practice. In the end, the cat was peacefully euthanized at home by Dr. Meyer. Transport would have been too much for her.

A critically ill sheep had to die because Mr. Röbbel, along with three other veterinarians, refused to come to us that day. Their arguments: "We don't know each other" or "10 km is too far to help." The emergency was simply ignored; probably because there wasn't enough money to be made. Perhaps one should reconsider why one became a veterinarian in the first place, because if it's only about money, other professions are more suitable. The sheep died that same evening because no one wanted to help. Thanks for nothing!

Worst vet ever!! I really don't know how someone like that could become a vet. He knows absolutely nothing about animals, is only in it for the money, and doesn't take any time for them. On top of that, he has no compassion. I already wrote a similar review here once, but it seems the vet deleted it. That's why it's been almost six months since this happened. I had my mouse euthanized on a Saturday (at the emergency vet). My sister and I were supposed to go to his house because he wanted to euthanize my gerbil on the spot with a lethal injection. First, he almost took the wrong mouse out of the transport box. Then I told him it was the other one, the one that had been in my hand the whole time because it was so weak. Despite my mouse no longer moving, he took it out by the scruff of the neck and, without telling me I could say goodbye, placed it on the roof of the car and euthanized it. My mouse was dead after two seconds. I don't know what this man injected it with, but it's not normal for a mouse to die after two seconds, especially since he didn't administer any anesthetic or anything else beforehand. Afterwards, he practically threw my mouse into my hand and said he wanted the money. I've never experienced anything like this before and would never recommend this veterinarian to anyone who doesn't want their animals treated so roughly.

I recently had my cats vaccinated, had a general checkup, had a consultation, and had them microchipped. The reception was friendly and professional. The atmosphere in the practice is pleasant and welcoming. The vet took the time to examine my cats thoroughly. The consultation was detailed and understandable, providing me with all the information I needed regarding my cats' health and care. The vaccinations and microchipping were performed quickly and routinely, without subjecting my cats to unnecessary stress. The vet proceeded very carefully, which I greatly appreciated. The pricing was also fair and transparent, which I found very positive. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and care and can recommend the practice.

A good veterinarian who took ample time to thoroughly examine our cat's problems. He approached the matter calmly and expertly, so the cat was hardly disturbed, and we would gladly return.
