Great practice. Competent and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the check-in process always takes quite a while, so you should definitely allow extra time. My dog felt comfortable there; he was an inpatient for two days and was happy to be back for his follow-up appointments. They also made sure my dog (who is only partially sociable) didn't come into contact with other dogs, thus sparing him that stress. Of course, it wasn't exactly cheap, but the most important thing is that my dog is feeling better.

We took our 16-year-old dog Sammy there for treatment. He had surgery and had to stay overnight. Luckily, everything went well 🥹 We felt very well cared for. At each follow-up appointment, everything was properly documented, so the next person knew exactly what had been done. The staff were friendly and competent, and the facilities are lovely. We would like to thank them very much and will definitely go back if needed 🐶

If a rabbit isn't eating and just lies around, it's an emergency. Of course, this always seems to happen on weekends when your regular vet isn't available. And then you're looking for someone who knows about rabbits. At the South Harz Animal Health Center, you're in excellent hands. Thank you so much for your effort, empathy, and dedication. I'm happy to drive 30 minutes each way (even at night).
