This veterinarian is a danger to the public, and you should do yourself a favor and find another vet. I have never experienced such rudeness. False claims; quote "that we neglect our animals" - absolutely unacceptable! Never again, and I advise everyone against going there.

It's a shame you can't give negative stars! I've never experienced anything like this before, never again! Speechless, and it's better if I don't write anything more about it.

Instead of giving my dog ​​a proper examination, she immediately prescribed deworming medication. She also prescribed useless pills for a supposed stomach/intestinal infection. When my dog's symptoms didn't improve, I consulted the vet again. Instead of helping me, I was treated rudely on the phone and told to take the dog to another vet. However, this turned out to be our saving grace, as it turned out our dog had a tumor weighing over 3 kg. My dog ​​had been under her care for years; she prescribed pills for incontinence, but the tumor was the cause. This woman's "treatment" was therefore not only completely pointless but life-threatening. The animal's well-being was clearly secondary to financial gain. I cannot recommend this woman to anyone who cares about their pet's welfare.

A friendly but somewhat disorganized veterinarian who immediately addresses you informally (which isn't for everyone). The waiting room (hallway) is very bare and unwelcoming. There are no signs indicating where to go. The entire practice smells strongly of smoke. I wouldn't go there again. However, since my pet is doing well again, I'm still giving it 3 stars.
