Absolutely deserved 5 stars! Top-notch expertise and simply wonderful on a personal level. We've received quick and competent help on several occasions – most recently during an urgent emergency with our dog (suspected rat poisoning), where we were able to come immediately and received excellent care. Despite his difficult nature around strangers, they handled him calmly and professionally. The neutering of our cat also went smoothly. I'd especially like to highlight the warmth of the entire team: always friendly, helpful, and dedicated. Thank you so much for everything!

A very good practice. Thank you to Mr. Kopp and his entire team. We have been taking our dogs to him for treatment for years. Our second dog is not the easiest, as he is a fear biter. And yet, he is treated with a lot of patience and time. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

After my profound grief and the loss of my beloved cat Pinocchio at the beginning of 2026, I would like to thank everyone who was there for me during the difficult time before his passing. This includes the veterinary practice of Dr. Kopp, from the veterinary assistants to the other veterinarians who were there at the time. But especially Dr. Kopp, who was always there for me and my cat Pinocchio whenever we needed her, both by phone and in person at the practice. Even when Dr. Kopp wasn't physically present, she still came to the practice to provide medical care for my cat. A special thank you to my trusted veterinarian for that. And also for the many comforting words when I was at my lowest point. But especially to Dr. Kopp, who was always there for me and my cat Pinocchio whenever we needed her, both by phone and in person. Nevertheless, I've decided today not to get another cat. The pain of his suffering has deeply affected me and still haunts me. 😪😪 I always received excellent medical care there, as well as very helpful consultations about the next steps. Thanks to Ms. Kopp's excellent advice and support, I was able to make a very informed decision about the best course of action for my cat, Pinocchio. It made many decisions easier for me. 😌 The clear and open communication with my veterinarian, Ms. Kopp, was also crucial. Thank you for the time you spent with my cat, Pinocchio, Ms. Kopp. Right up to the very last day. I will never forget him. Nor will I forget your consistently friendly manner or the loving care you gave my cat, Pinocchio. I wish everyone at the practice continued good health and hope you all remain as you are. The veterinarians and assistants are incredibly kind, competent, and very friendly. This practice cares for sick pets and their owners with so much heart and patience. 🙈 Even on weekends, there's always a vet available for emergencies. Where do you find that these days?! ❤ I'm so...happy that this practice exists and I want to thank this amazing team from the bottom of my heart. You guys are fantastic, keep up the great work!!!
