Absolutely deserved 5 stars! Top-notch expertise and simply wonderful on a personal level. We've received quick and competent help on several occasions – most recently during an urgent emergency with our dog (suspected rat poisoning), where we were able to come immediately and received excellent care. Despite his difficult nature around strangers, they handled him calmly and professionally. The neutering of our cat also went smoothly. I'd especially like to highlight the warmth of the entire team: always friendly, helpful, and dedicated. Thank you so much for everything!

So... the practice team and the employed veterinarians are highly recommended 👍 TOP BUT, if you get treated by the boss personally, you're out of luck. The way they treat the animals is heartless. If you have an appointment with the boss personally for your pet, PLEASE don't do it!!! Animal cruelty and absolute ruthlessness. The best job would be at the slaughterhouse. Sorry for the team, but they do rotate regularly.

We visited the Kopp veterinary practice for the first time yesterday and were absolutely delighted. Our dog Kira is still a puppy and had her very first vet visit. Dr. Luthardt took her time, handled her calmly and lovingly, and made everything very relaxed. The vaccination was as stress-free as possible; she couldn't have had a better start. It was immediately clear that this wasn't just a place for treatment, but that genuine love for animals was at the helm. We've never experienced such a pleasant visit to the vet before. We felt completely at ease and will definitely be back. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

Hello, I would like to thank the very friendly practice team and especially the wonderful veterinarian, Dr. Halbke, who took a lot of time and gave me the confidence to put my 15-year-old dog under anesthesia. Everything went wonderfully; teeth were extracted and tartar removed. The veterinarian also checked in to see how Eddy is doing now, for which I am very grateful. Unfortunately, Dr. Rudolph has retired, but she has found a wonderful successor in Dr. Halbke.

Mr. Kopp is truly highly competent, takes his time, and explains everything very thoroughly. He does his job with genuine care. You get immediate help, and the receptionists are also incredibly friendly and competent. Thank you!
