Dr. Rautenberg is a very empathetic veterinarian and person. He prioritizes humanity and animal welfare. We are still touched by how he handled a particular situation with our pet. The rest of the practice also appears very tidy and professional. The veterinary assistants are always friendly and accommodating, even if you've forgotten to call and just show up. (Sorry!) We drive quite a distance to get there because we are so satisfied.

I can't put into words how comfortable we feel at the practice. Dr. Rautenberg treats our Toffy as if she were his own dog. He gave it his all to get her back on her feet. He even went above and beyond to provide her with incredibly attentive care over the weekend. And we really did turn things around. The team is incredibly kind and, despite the many tears, always kept me grounded and calm. They knew they could rely on their boss, Dr. Rautenberg. We can only say thank you, thank you, thank you! P.S. For current emergencies (treatment) being treated at the practice, it would be great to have an emergency number again over the weekend. I think that's better than seeing unfamiliar doctors! So, really only for emergencies that are being treated at the practice on Friday, for example. But 5 stars are a must anyway 😊❤️ Thanks from Toffy too 🐕

I'm very happy with the practice. We had our cat neutered there initially – it was straightforward and perfectly fine. Recently, however, we had an emergency, and the cat needed surgery. The vets took great care of the poor thing; they even checked on him over the weekend. Now he's back to his old self and peeing on the couch like before – and I'm just so happy he's healthy again 😀 Many thanks to the whole team!
