There's no better vet; finding a vet you can trust these days is rare, one who truly cares about the animals' well-being and not about making money or cash. 💪💪💪👍👌😊

Thank you so much! You always have time for us, even outside of regular business hours. You helped our cat quickly and very professionally. We wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Genzel!

In July 2022, I took my beloved cat, "Pables," to Dr. Genzel to have her spayed for €75! While she was under anesthesia, he punctured a second trachea with a tube and didn't even properly close her abdominal wall after the "surgery." She ended up with what looked like a hernia, where her intestines were under the skin and pushing through the muscle tissue. When I went to pick her up, she still had the tube in her throat, a jaw brace on her left canine teeth, her entire face was covered in blood, and she was lying on a blanket on the windowsill of his practice, gasping for breath! I will never forget the poor sight of her!!! I wasn't allowed to take her home, and he referred to her as his "problem child"! At 10 a.m. the next day, my phone rang. Dr. Genzel said he was bringing my cat, saying she'd recovered a bit. So, I went to bring my cat Pables upstairs and had prepared a nice bed for her for the days after the surgery. Since she was already deaf in both ears, she was very skittish, easily startled by wind, flies, and unseen touches. She was "back," but then we noticed that when she tried to eat, the food fell out of her mouth because her left canine teeth were knocked out. Two days later, she developed a high fever, and an abscess formed in her throat, preventing her from swallowing, and she almost suffocated. Then I took her to Dr. Kny in Lfd, who confirmed everything I suspected and saw. I paid €380 to Dr. Kny, but we had to say goodbye to our beloved deaf Pables on November 2nd. She weighed less than 500g. Due to circulatory problems in her throat from the abscess, she went blind in her right eye; it became cloudy. I think it's awful of Dr. Genzel to treat my cat's life like that! From someone who chose to help animals as a profession, to whom you entrust your beloved pet, and yet he doesn't value the animal, even if he has no bond with it. It's a living being and you treat it with care! I gave her water, applied cold compresses when she had a high fever, and hoped she would get better and the medicine would help, but in vain. Dr. Genzel has my cat "Pables" on his conscience, and I hope karma catches up with him and makes him suffer like my Pables did! I took in a deaf stray kitten about three-quarters of a year old, loved her, and brought her to the vet, and she died a painful death because he didn't have the time, didn't want to, or maybe I didn't like my nose ring and ear tunnels. Anyway, I thought he knew what he was doing, but apparently, he doesn't care about animal welfare! I could only write about this now because it affected me so deeply that I'm traumatized and have lost all trust in doctors, and all that's left is a money-making scheme and quantity over quality!!! R.I.P. Pables, our beloved kitten, you had it so hard! But you gave us so much! I miss YouTube forever.
