Unfortunately, I can only give 5 stars here. We've been there twice now with our cat, and we'll definitely be going back many more times. We felt incredibly comfortable and well taken care of. Unfortunately, I can only give 5 stars here, because this team deserves so much more! Here, you're always taken seriously, they really take their time for diagnosis and treatment, our dog feels completely at ease here and is always happy as soon as we pull into the parking lot. We always received excellent advice, whether in person or on the phone, and no questions were left unanswered. Ms. Rust was the first veterinarian who recognized a problem with our dog right from the start, something no other vet had ever noticed before. Since then, Ms. Rust checks for it automatically at every appointment, and it's the very first thing she does, which is very reassuring for me as the owner and shows me that animals aren't just numbers here.
Inga is a fantastic veterinarian. I've known her for years, and she was always there for my Sally and me until the very end. I highly recommend her; if there were more stars, she'd get them all! Thank you for everything!
I can highly recommend this veterinary practice. We have a small Biewer Yorkshire Terrier who has pancreatic problems, and we were at the vet very often because he frequently had stomach pains and wouldn't eat. Since we've been going to this practice, the problem has almost completely resolved, and our dog is healthy again. Dr. Rust-Herwig is a fantastic veterinarian, and Dr. Schauenberg's friendly manner makes me feel comfortable as soon as I arrive at the practice.
