I had a very bad experience at this veterinary practice. My cat was a bit anxious, but instead of being calm, the vet was very rough and unprofessional. He banged his fist on the table and chased my frightened cat around the practice to get her into the special restraint box and put her under anesthesia. Ultimately, my cat was only anesthetized for the examination of a small fatty lump. This kind of behavior towards a small animal is absolutely unacceptable, and I will never go to this practice again.
