The practice seems to be in high demand – getting an appointment was correspondingly difficult, which initially suggests a good and popular practice. Unfortunately, the actual visit was disappointing. The veterinarian was very unfriendly from the start and spoke in a very bossy tone. Questions were asked in a condescending manner (comparable to elementary school level), accompanied by frequent sighs and eye rolls. This made the atmosphere very unpleasant. In addition, there was a clear misjudgment of my dog's behavior, and subsequently, even a mix-up with his sex. Particularly outrageous: Instead of the requested comparable panel, a much more extensive lab profile with many undiscussed parameters was ordered for the blood test, resulting in correspondingly higher costs. Personally, I didn't feel comfortable at this practice. This review is based solely on my own experience.

Yola and Philipp take their time for a thorough examination and explain everything clearly and transparently. You immediately notice that the animals' well-being is their top priority. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice and gladly award 5 stars for their competence, dedication, and love for animals.
My utmost respect! I have never met such empathetic, understanding, and animal-loving people! Our dog had an accident and needed stitches on her paw. We called the practice in a panic. We have never felt so well cared for! Highly competent staff with their hearts in the right place!! The treatment costs are more than justified; the animal's well-being is the practice's top priority! We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful veterinary team! Keep up the great work!!!
